Before we wind down for the holidays to gather with family and friends, PlanOmatic is preparing for our grand finale of the year–in Hawai’i!
In 2013, we made our first appearance at Worthshop in Maui hosted by Hawai’i Life Real Estate. Worthshop is part of a series of events presented by the brokerage in an effort to change the face of real estate conferences. According to Creative Director and Co-Founder of Hawai’i Life, Winston Welborn, “The world has plenty of conferences where everyone talks, pitches, sells and then goes back to their normal routine. That’s why we created the Worthshop series.”
Well, today our team is trading in our “Hellos” for “Alohas” as we return to the island as a sponsor of Worthshop 4! This year’s event presents a stacked line-up of well-known speakers from Zillow, Harvard University, Better Homes & Gardens, and Concierge Auctions to name a few. We’ll be learning from and networking with the industry’s most innovative minds, and we’re eager to find out what knowledge and insight we’ll discover.

Drones are one of the hottest topics in real estate right now. Property photos taken from hundreds of feet in the air are dramatically changing the way potential buyers view a home and its neighborhood.
Being experts in stunning real estate photography, we just had to test out the waters. We gave a few of our photographers a drone to see just how great these photos really are. What they captured was breathtaking.
Our first shots were mostly large estates, waterfront properties, and scenic vantage points but aerial photos could be beneficial when listing urban homes as well. After all, buyers aren’t just looking for a house–they’re looking for a neighborhood, a lifestyle, and a place to call home.
Drones help showcase this like no other real estate marketing technology.
